An appeal to all the community members and contributors .

It has been seen very frequently that while writing a blog or interacting with other bloggers, a lot of abbreviations are used. Many of such abbreviations are medical terms, with which many of us are not familiar. This causes lots of difficulty in understanding the subject as well as some times create misunderstanding .

So my humble request is that when using such abbreviation please explain it for the benefit of others.
