Endogenous insulin ( produced by beta cells of pancreas )and exogenous insulin ( which is injected ),both are insulins.

Insulin obtained from any source,porcine or human ,using Recombitant DNA technique are all structurally same.

You wrote a complete treatise on how insulin is manufactured. Thank you for that.

Please note that once name insulin is given there is no molecular or structural difference between natural and synthetic insulin. But there is difference that influences the management of diabetes with synthetic insulin.

But that will be difficult to explain as well as understand without going back into glucose homeostasis in a normal person. So a separate lead has to be opened. I will shorty come with it.
