Ankle pain for 4,5 years.taking painkiller when it pains..also high bp..taking medicine bt not giving 100% result..i want your suggestion.

I had shoulder pain a few years ago. I have undergone treatment under a doctor (physical medicine & rehabilitation). But I have not derived any benefit. Later I tried to reduce my sugar level by diet and exercise.(self treatment) Shortly afterwards, my shoulder pain was completely vanished.

Please note that high blood sugar is the cause for all illness. Check your fasting blood sugar daily.and keep a record of the same.
