I am diabetic since 1998.My age is 65 years.I am taking Glipride 2mg BD,Riomet 850mg BD,Pioz 15 OD and Winofit OD.

My sugar 130 and 200 after meal.Now I feel weakness.Pl suggest to change or add the medicians or to switch over to insulin.

Thank you for your good suggestions.I use to take methi powder in morning. Now I take more care for food and exercise.Since last one year I have ED problem This may due to my age 64 or bad management of sugar. Pl suggest.
