I am diabitic since last 8 yrs, on Lantus 20u at night & nova rapid 8u before bf,lunch & dinner. I am low on energy. Any suggestions?

It's important to know what is your diet. Get rid of carbs from your diet, which will bring down your sugar levels and you will find energy to walk. What is your Hb1ac levels? What are your present blood sugar levels?

your Insulin intake is too much as compare to your Diet. please give Blood Sugar PP, Serum Urea, Serum Creatinin along with Lipid Profile. to give advice.
