Why tea/coffee should be avoided in diabetes? or can we take in moderate amount 1-2 cup daily?

why to avoid tea or coffee--------this doesn't matter if you consume 8 or 12 cups coffee of tea without sugar and any other sweeting materials.

person having standard health can live without medicine if sugar level is below 150

make morning walk every day for 45 mins and NOT MORNING T A L K.

I found tea harmless and good for diabetics provided a quarter of one gram cinnamon powder is added while boiling the water and least possible amount of sugar and milk is added.it is much better if u r using green tea.
