My age is 70.I have diabetic since last 28 year.I am on tablet.My FBS 127 &PP 161.Is it OK.

If you can you must drink plenty of water as you can.

Also drink lukewarm water after each meal finish.

also try triphala churna both time in day and night with lukewarm water.
