people stops worrying for nothing and keep smiling can stop diabetics but they don't why?

Forget about diabetics. Eat Drink and Multiply. But just do bodily hard work. Walk hot in sunlight,rain,wind and cold. Never stop walking until sweat oozes down the body skin. Do not eat if you are not hungry. As far as hunger is there after hard work,eat then relax and continue with your work. Like people in the old age, when there were no dreadful diseases like these. Even people who do not move their body during their office work, also have to do bodily work in their house, like backyard garden,cultivation,excercises, mild sports and games etc. Drik more Jeera,methi (Fnugrese Seed) boiled water.

Unique cures for diabetes : 1) SMILE, never stop smiling 2) WALK, walk and walk in rain, wind, snow, sun.

My great-great-great-great grandfather, the chimpanzee would have chuckled hearing about this. Yep, all that chuckling he did, he didn't get diabetes :-)

Tension multiplying sugar. Tension sometime most of the time initiates diabetic. Before eating check you are hungry or not. People consume food because there is tremendous appetite!!! Eating without hunger, ie. without hard work make people obese,and tension,hastens this diabetics. There are people who sleep just after meals before a short walk. Very bad.

i mean smiling requires your regular working hours.while on job you should not worry about anything which has no meaning.try,reduce intake of your medicine.always keep taking your family out and also give sometime to your kids keep them happy.this will definitely reduce your sugar. Mr ramachandran is right..

the word smiling doesn't mean just smiling. u have to do the working and you have to stop worring about others/petty things/.ur work also can go smooth and u can be happy and make urself & ur family happy

When you are happy and contented from within yourself, it bring a smile on your face. This smile plays a big role in drawing people because they return the smile back to you. No body wants to be with a grumpy person. Every person on earth goes through their downs in life, but don't spread it to others and make them sick. That calls for a right attitude to life.

Hi Nitins,

You have been diabetic for THIRTY FIVE YEARS! I was diabetic (Type2) for only three years. For the last four years I am not diabetic.

Blood sugar increase is due to insufficiency or inefficiency of insulin caused by the problem of pancreas. Nobody gives rest or medicine to pancreas. Present treatments are similar to WIPING OUT DRIPPING WATER UNDER A DAMAGED TAP. THE PROBLEM OF WATER LEAK WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE TAP IS REPAIRED.

Knowing this I tried a different route when I became diabetic in 2006. From 2009 onwards I am not diabetic any more! I followed a new diet plan which now people call Long Wheat Mash Diet.

It is explained in my web article in Appropedia web site. Some details & its link are given in my profile note. Clicking my picture on left will take to my profile. Links there will take you to the full article. It contains my blood test results from 2006 to 2013.

I have weighed my food someday. I am eating 300 gms cooked rice at lunch as well as supper with at least two side dishes, at least one of which will contain cereals, pulses, potato, coconut etc.

Breakfast is three idlies, dosas, appams or equivalent quantity of puttu all of which are made using rice powder.

Daily I take 2-3 cups of coffee/tea with milk & sugar, one fried snack in evening. After dinner many days I eat a small plantain fruit (north indians call it keela, I think)

I am on this type of diet for last 4 YEARS!

During last four years I have done OGTT THRICE. Twice in labs and third at home. First & third with 75gms & secong with 100gms of glucose. As per the WHO specifications the results were negative, that is OK.

I am fully satisfied with your reply. But the diabetic patients are being prescribed by the doc. for trying insulin injection and oral medicine and all are

allopathy one and they come with their actual problems only after the case has gone too far. I can only suggest them for yoga (pranayam with ayurvedic medicine) . These are caused only out of too much thinking about their working procedure /family problems etc. You are aware that in the pre 1970

only those people get these types of disease are either rich people or family with such disease only. Whereas the poor/middle class people with good income will not have. They work fully i.e. physical work (sweating). Now a days every 1 person out of 5 are having. This is becauThat is why I ask all theose having this disease should do physical work and yoga to keep their mind still, and also those who are having should consider a good ayurvedic doctor /allopathy doctor .

nitins , it is surprising that i did not asked you to stop taking medicine but i advised u to take ayurvedic medicine and just asked to stop worrying and keep happy.

i mentioned it that do not stop taking medicine but only a slight change, u can change from to allopathic to ayurvedic and stop worrying i.e.smile always.

Dear Nitin,

U can do it. Sweating is good for diabetics.Making ur family happy U will relish ur food also. Daily u can take ur family outing for 5 minutes is also good . Reduce intake ur allopathy medicine only U can take ayurvedic medicine regarding diabetics.
