Old age diseases include cognitive impairment, falls, incontinence, low body mass index, dizziness, vision impairment, and hearing impairment.

Middle-aged and older-aged adults with diabetes are at increased risk for the development of geriatric conditions. Although the pathophysiology underlying their development is not fully worked out, it is clear that geriatric conditions contribute substantially to the morbidity and mortality.

It is said that at least half of the diabetic elderly population do not even know they have the disease.

Exercise is crucial, but older patients have more trouble getting outside or to gyms and they may fear falls. One suggestion is that such a person should start walking inside their houses for five minutes before each meal.

According to the age and advise of medical practioner ,regular exercise prefarably walking and strict control in diet and regular intake of medicine/insulin.Further one should be cautious

in avoiding hypoglysimic condition with adequate precaution and help.Always keep spending

with friends and relatives so as to avoid loneliness and keep active without fearing about the

worst consequance
