If any one have conditions like overweight and knee problem or fracture or anything which create a situation in not doing exercise or movement problem anyone know the alternative therapy to burn fat and calory ?

But in my research i found a therapy which burn fat and reduce 5 to 6 kg per month and for that u have to sleep for 37 minutes on a machine which i have made
