Dr has advised me to take Tamlosin D .what are the after effects of this medicine ? Has anybody of you taken this ?

Tamsulosin may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms or those in the SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS section are severe or do not go away:--

* sleepiness

* difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep

* weakness

* back pain

* diarrhea

* runny or stuffy nose

* pain or pressure in the face

* sore throat, cough, fever, chills, or other signs of infection

* blurred vision

* difficulty ejaculating

Some side effects can be serious. If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:--

* painful erection of the penis that lasts for hours

* rash

* itching

* hives

* swelling of the eyes, face, tongue, lips, throat, arms, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs.

Thanks for informing in details .out of all above I feel difficulty ejaculation .

Is there any Ayurvedic medicine ? I am willing to use ayur medicines .please advise if you can .

Undergo Prostate specific antigen (PSA) test. You may contact an Ayurvedic physician with regard to your problems.

Men affected by benign prostate hyperplasia and sexual dysfunction will report one or more of the following symptoms:--

• Ejaculation dysfunction: reduced volume, absence of ejaculation, or pain and/or discomfort during ejaculation.

you should also ask your Doctor about side-effects; try some google search online; then coordinate your discussions, queries with few other Doctors; go deep and try comprehend meaning of that particular medical terms/terminology; if pamphlet accompanies medicine in packing, read the leaflet in full and try comprehending.
