I am sure something is lacking in ur treatment of UTI.Take plenty of water so that urine may not beome concentrated.Take Alkasol syrup as and when u feel slightest problemIn case it recur again u take some good antibiotic such as Ceftum 500 twice daily for 5 days.Hopefully it will not recur again.Besides keep ur undregarments and penis neat n clean
