No No Nopersonal contact here please. There are members who want to share others experience.Also in order that you are not branded as a merchant of diabetes.
You have to correct your report that diabetes was detected in you one month back..First of all get your diabetes profile from a reputed lab under your doctors care and get his advice and report the results for sharing and getting opinions of various members here.
