Good treatment, but there is scope for improvement.As it is you aremoderately diabetes and you can pul on with it without much strains.But never never stop your medications and change them as per the advice of your doctor.

it is daibetic neuropathy you can swith on to pregablin(lyrica ) or gabapentine(neurontine)
