I checked the blood sugar level recently and found the results FBS: 123 mg/dl PPBS: 108 mg/dl Is there any abnormality with these results?

Normally fbs is less than PPBS. In your case it appears, your intake of medicines over night is less and on the higher side at noon meals There may be coorective steps on dosage. It is better to consult with doctor for the correct dosages.

The matter is not so simple. It is called Morning (Dawns) Syndrome. May not be anything serious but a doctor only can prescribe suitable medicine. To investigate if you really have this syndrome, you will have to check your BS every two hour after your dinner till morning at least for 2 nights and study the fluctuation. Remedies could be as simple as taking some small food immediately before sleep.
