My case, i have been seeing those effects after starting to eat oats.May be different from body to body.

Substantial increase in triglycerides and ppbs levels that was never in the past, seen after oats regime. Even other symptoms like foot joint pain and itching started. My sugar levels too went up.

All these are mentioned by him in the video too.

I eat oatmeal regularly and enjoy it. However, to eat any one item to the exclusion of others is not healthy. Which is why I vary my breakfast routine but I do enjoy my oatmeal (as rolled oats, oat groats, steel cut oats, etc.) about three times a week. No crackpot with an axe to grind will change that!

Any abnormalities noticed in lipids and blood sugar levels?

No. Why should there be when I vary my diet? Of course, the mornings when we have pancakes or waffles with maple syrup, my blood sugar will go up temporarily. That is not a concern for me but then I am not diabetic.
