Great story. I have had my blood test today, and will see my diabetic nurse next week. I requested that my gamma gt level should be included, (although it's possible they would be doing that one anyway.) I'm interested to see if it has returned to normal, after having been diagnosed with nafld a year ago. I continue to lose weight - I'm now doing the 5-2 diet (intermittent fasting), still no/low carbs, high fat. I have a lovely chart to show my diab. nurse, demonstrating the dramatic effect of LCHF on my blood glucose levels since the start of the diet. JanR
