hi..

i checked my sg level 3 months back it was ff 186..taken medicine for one month & then stopped..now doing walking n simple diet..for last two months my sg level ff is always close to 110 to 115 & after lunch its 140 to 147...what it means?? it is the effect of medicine or the diet??pls suggest

Still your BS levels are high.

Normal fasting sugar levai is till 110 ,if its between 110 to 125 means prediabitic

After meals it increase but it should be not more than 140

If it's more than 140 that means u r diabitic

Walking and some exercise and diet management is beneficial along with a natural suppliment
