hi Ahmed here..just now i checked my sugar in test it appears at 186 ..test taken in early morning at 7am with empty stomuck..kindly tell what it means..n what r the prevention i need at this time

The sugar level in your blood is quite high. You need insulin to help you control your sugar level . FBS cannot go up to such a level . Act quickly.

Firstly, a reading that high is potentially quite dangerous. Did you wait, wash and dry your hands thoroughly and then repeat the test? What medication are you currently on? How long have you been diabetic? There are so many questions that need answering before anyone can give you any advice that will serve you well. You must contact your doctor or diabetic team as soon as possible.
