From the recent past I was down with Viral Fever and my plate count came down very badly below 112. Now I've recovered but feel very unfit

Someone suggested to take some food supplement - I am diabetic but under medication

Drugs used ; For BP - Concor 5 mg 1 in the night after food

' Co-Diovqn 160/12.5 1 after food in the morning

Onglyza (saxagliptin_ 5 5 mg

Amaryl 2 mg

Regular \exercise/Walking/Weight lifting on daily or alternate basis.

Please note that full recovery after a viral fever takes about 3-4 weeks.so your weakness will go away slowly. Pl. do not run after food supplements. Don't worry about platelet count,unless you have some abnormal bleeding.

Please go for very light weight lifting ,that also if advised by gym. Trainers and under his direct supervision.
