I've been told I'm border line diabetic I've cut a lot of my sugars out cut down the biscuits,I have blood checks regularly for other things i have going on,i have been told to go to meetings but I'm afraid I'm not good talking in crowds I get confused and frustrated

ask to see a diabetic dietician. Many foods are high carb. It is a myth that sugar is the issue. Get some professional advice.
