I’m having a difficult time shifting my diet to low carb to combat the sugar intake. Any suggestions on how to get started? Thanks

maybe start at breakfast time for awhile by slowly eliminating carbs at that meal and substituting with whole fruits. Fruits have sugar in them, but they also have the fiber that slows the release of that sugar into your bloodstream.
For me it has been a slow process because it is hard for me to give up on the foods I've been eating my entire life. But changing a little at a time is working.
