Newly diagnosed

Hi I have just been diagnosed with diabetes a month ago. I had a pretty bad lifestyle which I have since changed, no more juice and candy for me. I have also started walking 30 minutes a day.

I live inMilwaukee Wisconsin with my husband John. We have a tiny teacup poodle who brings us a lot of joy. Our children are grown and live far away.

I like to travel, watch movies, and read.
