Does anyone else have problems with music being played when they are put on hold during a telephone call? I wear hearing aids with bluetooth technology, when in hold music starts playing directly into my ears it completely takes over so when I finally speak with a human my ears take a while to adjust.
My 3 weeks old daughter is deaf from both ears: heartbroken 💔
