Streamer for NHS Phonak

A friend has been issued with Non Bluetooth Phonak aids. The audiologist was unaware of a compatible streamer for tv. My trust said, not Bluetooth but wireless and sent me a leaflet about a compatible streamer. I don’t have it anymore but I think it could have been Roger.

Can anyone help with the name of this streamer and where it can be purchased. Thanks.
