It is probably Tinnitus and not a sign of PD
There are a lot of articles on the web regarding signs of Parkinson's. I am no doctor but none of the articles that I've read refer to this as a major or common sign in and of itself as Parkinsons. However balance usually becomes an issue as the disease progresses Having Parkinson's, this was never one of my symptoms although balance is an issue and Regardless, it sounds irritating and you should check out to take care of the problem. It could be something easy to treat. Good luck.
I do get ringing in my ears with balance problemms, but it is probably due to my very low blood pressure and meds I take for it. It really is annoying.
