Unless a doctor (preferably, your own) or perhaps a pharmacist or drug researcher replies to your question, I'd advise seeing your doctor to settle that question for good.
Or, maybe some medical civilians here have personal experience with the condition and meds you're talking about. It's nice if they reply with that, but that's only anecdotal. Also, this group is focused on PD rather than IBS (as, I'm sure, you see) -- is there an IBS area under healthunlocked.com?
The effect of too many meds (and combinations, I presume) are specific to the individual. I'd want my Dr's advice, and a bit of monitoring if I started taking a new (to me) drug, such as a follow-up visit. That seems to be SOP for the Dr's I've had.
