Have you adjusted your Parkisnon's meds recently? The first sign that my husband gets that his meds need to be increased is the return of his back and arm pain. Your Parkinson's nurse would be able to help with that.

My anti-depressant(Cymbalta) is also used to reduce pain ..perhaps that is why I don't have much noticeable pain. my biggest nemesis right now is standing to wash dishes...bad on the back. Have a dishwasher in the works.

they gave me Gabapentin for pain , be careful the pain could be related to something else
