Wow! I can hardly carry a cup of tea. What an impressive story.
Now, that is how it is supposed to be. Love the way God intended. Now go poll 100 couples their age today and ask if they would do the same.
We never know how life will pan out (perhaps that is a good thing) but when I hear of such wonderful things happening to people or anything. I find it really is better than my dose of medicine for creating a little happiness.
As for spouses who abandon their mates because of the unknown long term future of a complaint, life being so uncertain, do they not realise they themsleves could become the abandoned.
I'm so happy to be alone with PD after 31 years of an abusive marriage, single now since 94, PD since 2002 after my son passed away. I did have a wonderful relationship for 4 years so I feel fulfilled. Although I'd be happy to have a partner, I'm just happy to be happy. I'm dealing with the feeling of abandonment by a daughter who has a TBI. I know she can't handle it (my PD ) and is doing her best just to take care of herself. Her dad my late ex couldn't have handled it for a sec!!
Thanks. I'll try
A...the wonder of love!! I was my daughter's matron of honor when she got married and the best man was to nervous to do the toast,so I was asked to do it.Can I just tell you how nervous I was.I wrote an awesome toast I must say,had everyone crying and laughing.
I'm rambling on,sorry. The main point I wanted to get across was;
We all want the greatest happiness in life,to love and be loved!
This video shows the love they have for each other,nothing will stand in their way.
Thanks for sharing Anthony
Love and true devotion. It is heartwarming to read that even physical problems don't turn you off if you are truly in love.
Great video. My first marriage did not have this much love and devotion but I did find it with my second husband. We have survived back injuries, illnesses, cancer, and now my PD. It feels great to know we support and help each other through the difficult times. My favorite time is when we are just having a normal day, puttering around the house or going to camp. I keep going every day and exercise often to keep these "normal days".
