It is supposed to have "superior absorption" compared to regular CoQ10. I know I read somewhere that it was promising for Parkinson's but nothing conclusive. Thoughts/Comments?

Has anyone tried liquid CoQ10? I found a Pharmaceutical Grade Clinical Strength (100 mg) at Costco. Brand name is Qunol Liquid CoQ10.
Yes, I have tried CoQ10, both in pill form and as liquid, (Qunol, also from Costco). It was originallly intended to lower cholesterol and support the heart but it is also used for PD to assist your body in fueling energy production. I keep a bottle in the refrigerator and use it randomly when in need of an extra boost.
It may be psychological but it does seem to increase energy level and it's a pleasant relief from pills.
I take solgar version- and high strength VIT C and mexican red yeast rice in pill form which lowers cholesterol working as a natural statin.
In the beginning I took 1200 mg per day of coq 10 capsules I would buy at vitacost on linr I never tried the liquid my reasons for taking o\it was tom get rid of leg tremors It worked! i hven't had any leg tremors since started 5 years ago
CoQ10 is a wonderful anti-oxidant.
CoQ10 has not been shown to have any efficacious impact on PD. The first study showed some promise but was too small. The second study was plenty large enough but was abandoned long before the target date due to total lack of promise.

Thanks everyone for your comments.
CoQ10 is just good for overall health. I have taken 1000 a day for 4 years and noticed that I could move better and I could think and stay focused. Why not try it. The study was a bust. But if your body feels better than try it.
Thanks, I think I'll try it for a while for general health.
