I am in such agony with gout again. The 4th time this year. Each time it gets worse and nothing is helping. If I shot myself in the foot it

would have to be less painful. I had my uric acid levels checked - they were normal. I can't stop crying today. Does anyone else have this problem?

I too have had the agony of gout, but my latest discovery seems to have the answer, and that is eat cherries. Mine stopped in a short amount of time.

You can also take black cherry juice concentrate. We buy it at our Health Food Store. Just take 1-2 tsp a day like cough syrup or mix it in your juice. Works well for arthritic pain too. Much better and cheaper than meds.

Thank you. I bought black cherry concentrate and am now taking it daily, however i went back to the Dr and after having a xray found out that I have 2 fractures on the top of my foot. I guess it happpened a while about a month ago. Crazy stuff but i also had a gout flare up at the same time.
