Update - the DWP have spoken - and it's "good" news !! I've been placed in the Support Group for ESA , so common sense has prevailed. I'm up for "review" in Feb 2015 so , hopefully (as long as the government has no more purges) they'll leave me alone until then................although they are going to "target" (otherwiseknown as cut-back) DLA and call it a "Personal Independence Payment" - why can't they just leave us alone ??

They won't leave us alone as there's too many people out there that are swinging the lead with so called bad backs. The genuine people get penalised as well. It's not fair.
