This time of night I get fully stressed and can’t quit my shaking. because I get a lot of phone calls regarding my husband and how how he’s doing. He was committed this week because he quit taking his medication for bipolar. It is now 7:30 and I’m so tired and is keeping me on edge. I can’t tell people to quit calling me cause they’re just concerned that I am OK. Any suggestions on what I should do? It’s nearly 8 o’clock here. Is it too late to ride the bicycle or exercise? I normally go to bed pretty early. Any suggestions, please.

Great list! My husband w/pd and I just got into Qi Gong which is wonderful. We feel energized.

Coloring - in adult coloring books, or digital coloring is fun and very relaxing. Can do on your phone, Ipad, etc.

Doodling - just get a pen/pencil and start doodling - draw, make circles, freehand, just let it go!

Watch nature - birds, squirrels whatever animals you have outdoors.

Watch a funny You Tube video.

Laugh, bring joy into your life. All relaxing.

Breathe, take your meds, exercise your mind and body, have a good mindset. Live each day to the fullest.

Early evening around 20h00, I systematically put my iPhone on silence mode and turn it over so that I don't see any messages on the screen. For me that does the job.

why are the concerns of others More important than your health? Put an “away” message on your phone and turn off notifications at 7. Breathe

Please take care of yourself first. Record a message on your phone to let all the callers know that you will return all calls in the morning. Put your phone on silent mode and go to bed. Stress is the very last thing any of us need.

Maybe unplugging the phone in the evening would help.
