NNI-362 seems pretty interesting. Also Buntanetap.
GBase related drugs
I keep an eye on ANVS, IKT & also looking forward to learning the results of the Phase 2 Orchestra trial of UCB0599 from UCB & Novartis.
BlueRock makes my list
Broccoli Seed Tea, Frequency Specific Microcurrent and DMSO and DMSO-like compounds.
Do you know what frequency this suggested with microcurrent? I am currently doing this therapy through a Health and Wellness center, and I would love to have more information on specific frequencies. Thanks for any help you can provide!
I don't know the frequencies sorry but Dr McMakin will know as she references in her book, helping a South Korean man with PD. I would imagine that therapists share this information however here in NZ they are few and far between.
What wellness center please?
Journey Health and Wellness in Greenwood, Indiana. It's a family-owned business that was started since their son had Lyme disease. They had to go to Arizona to get treatment for their son and brought back a lot of ideas from therapies he used while recovering from Lyme. They have microcurrent, hydrocolon therapy, lymphatic drainage, infrared sauna, enzymes, red light, mild hyperbaric oxygen treatments, muscle testing, and detox protocols. They're one of the few places that is willing to try to work with me and my Parkinson's with natural approaches as I try to get off medications.
Looks like they have a lot of stuff similar to Hippocrates Wellness in FL. But do they have a week long program, or do you just go in for individual treatments? I love that you can rent their hyperbaric chambers for a month for around 2.5k. That is a huge savings if one has the space for such a machine.
Happy New Year! 4 weeks ago I had a therapy with mesenchymal stem cells that had been extracted by a special enzyme from my aspirated belly fat tissue and partly reinfused i.v. and partly injected into the nose the same day. Success rate is expected to be 85% in neurological diseases such as Parkinson´s. It was not easy because I am very slim but they managed to find enough fat tissue. During the procedure I was anesthezised with Propofol. I have been told that it can take 3 - 4 months till I can feel a positive effect. Up to now I managed to reduce my L-Dopa/Benserazid (100/25) from 5 to 3 tablets/day and reduce my Pramipexol from 1.57 mg to 1.05 mg. I was diagnosed 3/2018. I am thinking that if there is an ongoing inflammatory process in the brain as one reason of the disease, I should find out how to stop it in order to avoid a negative influence on the stem cells that are expected to convert into neural cells.
I do not think that there will be one specific cure for Parkinson´s in the future, instead I expect a combination of different compounds with different mode of action to be successful similar to the complex treatment of some type of cancer. My belief: A complex disease needs a complex treatment.
Gisel, where did you get your stem cell transplant done? And what was the cost? Hope you experience improvements in your condition over the next few months and tell us about them. Thanks.
Gisel I’m intrigued - where did you get this done?
will keep you posted !
Ambroxol is starting a Phase 3 trial in the UK. Ambroxol is available in much of the world as generic, OTC cough medicine! and is just being repurposed now for PD.
Tavapadon Stage 3 trial
I foresee a combination of therapies to optimize recovery. To start out treat to decrease the alpha synuclean tau protien using the vaccine UB-312 AIM or Buntanetap. Follow this with a regenerative treatment using stem cells and possibly FGF-1 to improve the vascularity and blood flow to the affected area of the brain. This coordinated use of these therapies may provide a potential cure for this disease.
