Socks. And no, it would wake me up over heating.
I learned about the socks a couple of years ago. Was also worried about getting too hot but tried it anyhow. And surprisingly enough it worked. I can’t sleep without socks anymore. Give it a try, you might be surprised
Not in my case. I wear socks every night and I definitely do not fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. I wish!
