Thank you for your article. It was relaxing, upbeat, very human, and such a nice way to start my day. Here in the United States, it is hard to imagine all the challenges of living with PD while living in a country at war. We wish you continued success with your yoga, exercise program and your writing. Most importantly, we wish you safety and an end to the political turmoil and suffering. Praying for all involved for love and Peace to somehow prevail.
