Are there others out there who are carriers, whether symptomatic or unsymptomatic, of this Near Eastern, North African and Ashkenazi high risk gene? If you are symptomatic, how did it all begin?

I understand we carriers have certain subtle movement disorders that do not necessaril.y but can in time lead to a Parkinson's diagnosis.
