I am interested in hearing from people who have tried the new drug Crexont. My neurologist wanted to me to try it and see if it would increase my on time. I am currently on Rytary. My concern is that one of the side effects is anxiety, although a low percentage is report this. >3%

I wouldn't be anxious about 3%. If you did get a side effect, presumably you could just taper off the drug?
My wife started this on the lowest dose version 2 weeks ago and was taking Rytary before also. On time starts anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes after taking the first pill and she gets about 3.5 hours on a pill. Right now she's taking 3 pills a day and if and when needed takes a 1/32 tsp of pure levodopa powder from NutriVita to help extend the on time. Her neuro gave us 2 bottles of 120 pills each to try while they work thru the insurance approvals and to see if she likes the results etc. It seems she has less dyskinesia with this but it's still early so we'll see how she is at then one month mark. I expect that when she finishes these bottles the doctor will move her to the 52.5 mg/210 mg dosage. Wish you all the best.
Thank you. I was on Rytary previously but it seemed to be wearing off earlier. My neurologist had prescribed it before so he wasn’t sure what dosage I would need. I was on 240 mg of Rytary(1- 95 mg & 1- 145 mg. He started me on 280 mg of Crexont. We will see
