My husband started on 100mg of microlingual B1 January 10, 2023. I noticed improvement in his posture and rigidity. Much better at times. He still has days where it is not good. We are thinking of upping his dosage. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I have been using SL 100 mg for 6 months. I started once a day but switched to 4 days a week. now I am up to 6 slowly. It takes a few days to feel the difference. the book is good but the sublingual was just starting. I recommend everyone to get the book. Funds research was well.
Does he take levodopa?
In my opinion, thiamine helps brain cells to "optimize" the use of dopamine, helping those who are a little tired by giving them energy, but levodopa is always needed to resolve the deficiency given the lesion due to PD.
Daphne Bryan's book addresses all the variations of the problems you may encounter using thiamine by shifting the focus from a fixed dose to a capacity to use thiamine according to your needs.
This fact alone will allow you to better assess the benefits of b1 .
