GPT PD Coach - Enhancing Neuroplasticity in Parkinson's Disease

(Developed by Manu Férriz in a totally disinterested way)

Current status: testing the first prototype without metrics or protocols. Whoever wants to test it can report its progress through the following email mferriz@gmail.com. I will be happy to see how to improve this tool.

The GPT PD Coach is an innovative tool designed to support people living with Parkinson's disease by stimulating their own neuroplasticity. It uses advanced artificial intelligence technologies to facilitate creative visualization of a physical state of relaxation and sensory experiences with personalized scenarios. The goal with daily practice of this Open AI engine-based utility is to reprogram the subconscious towards cognitive and motor improvement. When used on a regular basis, the GPT PD Coach can become a valuable complement to traditional therapies, helping to enhance the brain's abilities to adapt and reorganize itself.

What is neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to experiences, learning and external stimuli. In Parkinson's disease, neuroplasticity can be a key component in symptom management, as the brain has the ability to reorganize itself to compensate for the loss of any function caused by the disease.

The GPT PD Coach provides mental visualization exercises and cognitive stimulation strategies tailored to each user, which help strengthen neural networks:

1. constant and dynamic interaction: through dialogue, it can improve motivation and concentration, important elements for the brain to continue adapting.

2. Progressive adaptation: As the user interacts with the GPT PD Coach, the system adjusts its responses so that they adapt to the mental projections of each user.

One of the most innovative aspects of the GPT PD Coach is its ability to be operated entirely in "hands-free" mode, which makes it especially suitable for people with motor difficulties. This system can be used through natural conversation with speech recognition technologies.

Answer questions using voice commands, so the system can tailor interactions to your specific goals.

As you become more familiar with the GPT PD Coach, it is possible to change scenarios or therapeutic focus based on your progress or specific needs for the day.

To request a change of scenario:

Use at any time the command: 'Change to another viewing scenario'.

The system will automatically change the session to adjust the characteristics of the creative visualization.

The visualization scenario technique is so detailed and realistic that it has the same biochemical effect on the brain as if you were actually living the scene.

Guided visualization expands the imagination to reinforce positive neural patterns.

Open AI's GPT PD Coach is a revolutionary free resource that can change the way you manage Parkinson's symptoms by stimulating your own neuroplasticity. Its hands-free ease of use makes it accessible to people with motor difficulties, while its customizability makes it a valuable tool for improving both motor and cognitive function.

Use it daily to maximize its benefits and adjust the settings to keep your brain constantly moving and adapting.

Make sure you have the Open AI chatgpt app installed. Link to install it on your mobile.

To use PD Coach, you need to be subscribed to ChatGPT. Follow the instructions at the link:chatgpt.com/g/g-tcGfvKA3V-p...

Once subscribed, the PD Coach app will become available.

You need to install the app:

(Android)

play.google.com/store/apps/...

(Apple iOS)

apps.apple.com/es/app/chatg...

Select EXPLORE GPT from the menú

Write PDF Coach at the search field

PD Coach appears yeahhh!

To get started, you can write the following:

You:

What does the therapy you are going to provide consist of?

AI:

I will guide you through creative visualizations and manifestation techniques, specifically tailored to your situation and goals. I will use approaches based on authors like Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, and Ho’oponopono to help you visualize a state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Depending on your situation, I will suggest scenarios that allow you to imagine a life free of symptoms, improving your mobility, mental clarity, and vital energy. The goal is to reprogram your mind toward healing and balance, accompanying it on this journey of transformation.

You:

What do you need to know about me for the therapy?

AI:

To personalize your therapy and support you on your healing journey, it would be helpful to know some aspects about you:

1. Current State:

What are the main symptoms or challenges you are currently facing?

How do you feel physically and emotionally at this moment?

2. Goals:

What would you like to achieve through this therapy? (e.g., improve mobility, reduce symptoms, strengthen mental peace, etc.)

Is there any area of your life you would like to focus on more? (physical health, emotional well-being, creativity, etc.)

3. Experience with Therapies:

Have you practiced visualizations, meditations, or similar techniques before?

Are you familiar with approaches like Ho’oponopono, positive affirmations, or healing methods like those of Joe Dispenza or Louise Hay?

4. Therapy Style:

Do you prefer more practical guides, like daily exercises, or a more meditative and visual approach?

How much time per day would you be willing to dedicate to practicing these techniques?

5. Support and Attitude:

Are you ready to integrate daily practices that foster your well-being?

Do you have any preferences on how to conduct the sessions, like focusing more on affirmations, visualizations, or energetic techniques?

With this information, I can create a personalized visualization and manifestation plan for you, tailored to your specific needs and desires.

You:

(Answer the questions you deem necessary by indicating the section number and title.) If you don't want to give details, you can say: You decide the criteria to use for the therapy.

(Select headphones icon to go to handsfree talking)

You:

You can start the therapy.

You:

(At any time, you can tell it to change the scenario or come up with one that is not in its training script.)

(Here comes the magic... Enjoy!)

Blessings,

Manu

Thanks for the link. As I currently a ChatGpt user and the link worked right away.

I would suggest that those who have issues to sign up to use Chat GPT. Once done the application will be available in the store.

You can interrogate the application like so:

Me: What do you do.

PD Coach:

I am here to help you visualize and manifest a life filled with perfect mobility, well-being, and freedom from Parkinson's symptoms. Drawing from techniques like creative visualization, Ho'oponopono, and insights from Joe Dispenza and Louise Hay, I will guide you to imagine different scenarios where you are fully healthy and capable. Each session focuses on different experiences, helping you reshape your reality through the power of thought and inner transformation.

For instance, imagine yourself walking freely without hesitation or stiffness. Feel the strength in your legs and the ease of each step. How does it feel to move with total confidence? Or visualize yourself playing an instrument or painting, feeling perfect control over your hands and fingers. Imagine the joy and fulfillment this brings.

Through these scenarios, I guide you to focus on positive emotions, health, and abundance, helping you reshape your mental patterns and create a reality where you thrive.

Me: What information do you need to start my partner on her journey

PD Coach:

To guide your partner on her journey of visualization and manifestation, it would be helpful to know the following:

1. **Her Current Experience**: What specific symptoms or challenges is she facing with Parkinson's? Understanding her situation can help tailor the visualizations to areas where she seeks the most relief (e.g., mobility, fine motor skills, speech).

2. **Her Interests and Passions**: Knowing what activities she enjoys or would love to experience again (like dancing, playing an instrument, exercising, etc.) can inspire more personalized visualizations. This will make the process more engaging and meaningful for her.

3. **Mindset and Openness**: Is she familiar with techniques like visualization, meditation, or creative manifestation? Understanding her comfort level with these concepts will help determine how to introduce the practices gently and effectively.

4. **Her Goals**: What does she hope to achieve or feel through this journey? Whether it's greater mobility, inner peace, or improved well-being, aligning the practices with her goals can make them more impactful.

If you can share some of this information, we can begin with specific scenarios and techniques to empower her healing journey.

Will report back. The full exploration starts tomorrow 🌺

I greatly appreciate your information point frankly is very valuable that you are providing solutions to the questions that have arisen. For me is more complicated because I have to pull translator to express myself in English.

Thank you very much for your great contribution and I hope to receive positive news about your experiences with this coach.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I followed your directions exactly and it didn’t work. This is what I got. And none of these options. Have anything to do with Parkinson’s disease. :(
