yes! Probably over fatigue. I get that. My Neuro physio calls it ‘boom and bust’. Or in the disability world they use a model of ‘spoons of energy’. Say people have 12 a day, our body/ autonomic system uses more In a day so we may only have 6 to use up, and then you are down on the next day, so need to rest. A lot. They encourage me to pace myself, use an energy activity diary and reduce high intensity activities ( whether physical, social, emotional etc) if needed. Hard to do but helps to be aware of it.
Read about the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency and associated anemia which is very common in people with PD. If you feel it applies to you, ask your doctor to test your B12 level and possibly folate level :

Here is a relevant quote from the article :
' Deficiencies of B12, which are more common in people with Parkinson’s than the age-matched general population, are associated with weakness, tiredness, numbness, tingling and walking difficulties – symptoms that are found in Parkinson’s disease. '

Hi there. The B12 was tested about a month ago and was in. This has happened to me a couple of times and it can take all of the next day to recover. I accidentally the higher end of the acceptable range
After reading the post on Lansoprazole I am wondering if that might be a cause. As I mentioned, I had completed a few tasks and by the end of the evening I was starting to feel unwell This has happened before and it has taken most of not all of the next day to recover. I inadvertently fell asleep in the reclining chair, drifting in and out of sleep and taking sips of water. At 2 o'clock I had run out of water , carefully got up, went to t he bathroom and then down to the kitchen to get more water lol I remember leaning on the counter and trying to fill the mug as I slid/fell to the floor and hit my head and felt off since.
I take Naproxen and to protect the kidneys I also take 1 Lansoprazole a day.I wonder if this is the problem.
I had COVID at the end of Feb which caused problems with muscles in my neck. This has gradually improved until last Tuesday when the symptoms.returned
So where does that leave me.
I have no idea except to say that I feel rather vulnerable can't concentrate on paperwork, have rather insecure balance and feel much better when sat down.
Fatigue is a known side effect of Lansoprazole as discussed here under, "For Health Care Professionals / Other :

Exercise increases your Dopamine demand , so probably need more Dopamine when you begin an exercise program. Continue exercise can possibly later produce Dopamine. As tired as I can get, I certainly feel better after exercising .
I stopped taking Naproxen at the same time as the Lansoprazole, made an appointment with the Dr The worn out, tiredness has gone. In myself I feel quite good until I move. Then the soreness in the shoulders, hips, ankles, the right jaw the left thumb joints have increased to the point where I can not always trust my leg joints to hold. I have now been given Famotidine to go with the Naproxen starting Monday evening. Tuesday was ok Yesterday and today I can suddenly lose balance.
This evening I read the leaflet and it seems that this can be side effect of Famotidine I was diagnosed with Frontal lobe Epilepsy years ago but don't have medication for it so should I be concerned about Epilepsy as a poss side effect.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
