GUT MICROBIOME CURES PARKINSON'S DISEASE!
Thank you! I really believe the microbiome is the key
Dans mon cas, ajouté au stress je crois que le microbiome joue un rôle primordial
It's True, I switched to pescatarian diet, then my energy and balance slowly returned, no more walking in slow motion, I switched to this diet about 4 months ago, I also take a prebiotic and added B7. After reading a research article someone posted on here about tetanus shot, I took the tetanus shot, I still had slow tired periods but after about 4 months of doing all of the above, the good days soon overcame the bad. It's important to keep pushing yourself to walk even if you start slowing down, and to walk more than an hour a day. Thank you for posting the science articles on here, the Doctors don't tell us this stuff.
Hi. How is pescatarian diet working out? Do you avoid egg and dairy as well? Anything else you think may have contributed to your Improvements?
Thanks for the video. But to call if a CURE is being overoptimistic - to put it mildly.
They say in the video to give up red meat. Can someone explain to me why?
Have not watched yet, but I've cut back on red meat over the years due to high saturated fats and heart health, clogged arteries being a result. I'm sure some will disagree, but you have to believe in some diet and stick with it.
Generally speaking, it's best to limit the consumption of red meat if you want to stay healthy as it is associated with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer (especially colon cancer) and obesity.
Even the very cautious World Health Organization (WHO) says it's wise to cut down on red meat and processed meat. "Eating more than 18 oz. of red meat weekly can increase your cancer risk. If you eat red meat, limit the consumption to no more than 3 portions a week or about 12-18 ounces (cooked). Eat little, if any, processed meat." If you want more detailed information, their 56-page booklet entitled Red and processed meat in the context of health and the environment is freely downloadable.
A biochemist once told me that beef was dangerous for the brain because of the prions it contained. He added that beef had so many downsides that it was better to take L-tyrosine supplements (if necessary) than to eat it. Please note that this is just his opinion: I haven't done any research on this particular subject.
Dr Laurie Mischley encourages people with Parkinson's to avoid red meat and processed meat (Nutrition and Parkinson's).

Don't do it!
If you have too much money, then fortunately, a jar of B vitamins with B2 and B7 can't harm you 🙂
thanks for sharing! I’ve just gone through a lot of testing and my b vitamins are low. In addition to B1 I’m taking several supplements that have the other bee vitamins in them. I’m especially experiencing very unpleasant. Abdominal issues. Yes, I’m glad because the doctors that I’m working with is treating the B deficiency. Gas, bloating constipation are extremely problematic. I appreciate any and all advice you may have.
