Interesting. Note the firm arm swinging with the suit on too. And it isn’t attached to arms. Do you think it’s a scam?

I didn't think it was as I presumed the stimulation of muscles making legs move better would automatically make arms move but I'm not sure.

It is not a scam. I’ve been to that therapy center and know those physical therapists. They do a lot of research on Parkinson’s and I have participated in several studies although not the body suit one.
