New reduced dosage for B1 therapy…
I now take EZmelts B1 sublingual. They are 12.5 mg each tablet.

Do you take the 12.5 mg. every day?
My B-Complex contains Thiamine Mononitrate 1.4mg.
Is it ok to take it with Thiamine HCL together? And should it be considered for dosage calculation?
It is a very small dose taken orally, so I don’t think it’s going to make much difference to the overall dosage. You probably get a similar amount from food. It’s also ok to mix them. We don’t recommend using thiamine mononitrate orally because it is less water soluble than hydrochloride, but I don’t think such a tiny amount would be a problem. In case you decide to change brands, these are ones we recommend (if the link works. If it doesn’t, you can view the pdf by joining the Facebook group and looking under FILES. )

Any thoughts on B1 HCL with intermittent fasting and / or Ketogenic diet or ketosis?
I began B1 on 100 mg Superior Source daily. Now, seven years later I currently take half an EZmelts (6.25 mg) every fifth day. I’ve reduced gradually as my body has told me the dose was too high.
Thank you Daphne for the clarification.my husband seemed to be worse in the 2 days following taking B1 at 50 mg.and 25 mg ,2 week gap between and taken Mon Wed and Fri.so we are now hoping that if we get EZee melts we might find a good starting point!
