I have lots of problems due to pd but right now neuropathy in right shoulder toes and buttocks (sciatica) is my main issue. Somewhat alleviated by CL (sinemet) but only for about an hour. It feels like nerves in feet legs hip and shoulder are literally writhing and vibrating. Hubby can actually see them moving under skin. There’s pain but not terrible. More like itching and nasty tickles. Muscles are twitching and spasming. Does anyone else have this? Suggestions?

This sounds like dyskinesia. Sciatica usually refers to leg pain caused by pinching of the sciatic nerve. Dyskinesia can occur to any point in the levodopa medication cycle:

"Levodopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) is commonly seen in Parkinson’s disease patients treated with levodopa. This side effect is usually encountered after long duration of treatment, but occasionally, this may be seen even after few days or months of treatment. LID is broadly classified as peak-dose dyskinesia, wearing-off or off-period dyskinesia, and diphasic dyskinesia."
could be inflammation, I’m currently dealing with what feels like sharp pain In my left shoulder like a pinched nerve or tweaked muscle but gets worse if i eat food that I shouldn’t sugary or fast food. When I’m good on diet and exercise etc it’s not really noticeable . Also started bromelain and NAC about a month ago seems to help. Would probably take park bears advice first he knows what he is talking about
