I stopped right here at the second paragraph of this piece: "What is vitamin B6? Also known as pyridoxine". Wrong. Pyridoxine is the inactive and potentially toxic form of B6. The active form of B6 is known as P5P. For accurate information about vitamin B6, see here: healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

…Well they do finally get around to the toxicity of B6 types.

The pyridoxine form of B6 that’s typically found in supplements and fortified foods is a well-known trigger of B6 toxicity. But findings in the journal Toxicology in Vitro suggest a form of B6 known as P5P (also called pyridoxal – 5 phosphate or PLP) doesn’t have a toxic effect on cells.

Nothing new in this article. Lots of information on this topic on this site going back five years plus. 🌺

Yes indeed they do get around to it. Which makes the incorrect information at the outset less excusable because they actually knew better. This sort of thing doesn't really matter for healthy people because for them vitamin B6 in the diet is adequate to maintain adequate levels. It is a different matter for people with Parkinson's. I refuse to go through this article line by line to sort out the incorrect from the correct information. I've already paid careful attention to the medical literature and set forth the facts in my writing linked above.
