Interesting info on sunlight

I know for me I used sunscreen since my twenties and I’m 60 now and I do try to get a bit of sun now, I tan easy from building up melanin over time, but I still protect my skin if out all day, I live in Alaska, so the summer doesn’t get dark but the fall /winter is dark, sun goes down in Dec. at 3:30 and doesn’t rise until 10:00 am. I know I don’t get enough natural light.
