Has anyone had good results with b1 100 mg microlingual to work well. Because it is suppose to bypass the stomach and go into the blood stream and absorb better. If b1 irrates your stomach. To bring up the b1 that is so dangerously low. Thank you.

B1 microlingual by Superior Source is used by many to gain improvements through the B1 therapy. I wouldn’t recommend taking a whole tablet though. We now recommend a start dose of 50 mg (a half tablet) just 3 days a week. But you do have to take it correctly or it will go through your stomach. Instructions are in the book “Parkinson’s and the B1 therapy”. And before I’m accused of advertising, the profits go to fund future research. The B1 therapy corrects neuronal deficiency, not a deficiency that can be detected from blood tests.

Daphne, we have the book. So far 3 weeks using the B1 sublingual Superior Source 100mg you recommend. Not major differences. Started with 3 days a week the first 2 weeks, and now once a day. Any recommendations to improve efficacy? He weighs 132 lbs

Beware of expecting too much too soon! We recommend trialing a dose for 4-6 weeks before you decide there have been no changes. If one single symptom improves, stay on that dose. It was 2 months before I saw any improvement and then it was very subtle. He is already on a high dose. Be careful he doesn’t overdose. I should reread chapter 3!
