Help with downloading " files"

When I click on" files" and then on HCL protocol..or any of them..it says they are dowloading..but to where? I have a Samsung Android phone. No protocol comes up ...either on FB( that I can find), and nothing comes up if I exit facebook and just check downloads on my phone. Help please! Brand new to face book and this B1 group.

Yes . Posted on FB but have not seen a reply. Having a bit of trouble with navigating FB, have never been on it, but felt it would be my best resource for B1 info.

Can you access FB using a computer instead of a phone? I am a dinosaur. I can do almost anything on a computer, next to nothing on a tablet or phone.
