Some notes on the 'gloves ' aspects and the challenges I've encountered from the ' pool' of Trial Participants. No doubt that in terms of ease of use , acceptance , ' benefits ' , detectable changes / differences - a PWP is first , MSA++ 2nd but PWP & LB ( even min severity ) is very challenging and un predictable. A PWP with severe LB is indeed, extremely difficult and the delta for neuromod effects - is virtually swamped by the LB symptoms, conditions and perhaps , potential reactions ( TBC / WIP ). Having said that - I have had some ' extraordinary / un expected ' outcomes from a PWP & LB TP - there are always exceptions to the generic observations due to the wide spectrum of conditions. The next set of criteria for further analysis are :-

a) how long does the benefit(s) last ?

b) if it 'wears off' - is it repeatable ?

c) what side effects and severity ? ( and if session time is prolonged - over stimulation ?)

d) impact of meds dosage / frequency changes ?

e) is the benefit duration after wearing off - repeatable ?

f) is the benefit for a specific symptom - e.g. micrographia - also applicable to other PWP with micrographia ?
